The HEAT Wellness Program is for anyone who wants to achieve personal wellness goals–whether you're beginning an exercise program, reaching a sports-related goal, or improving overall health and fitness. Flexibility, core stabilization, strength training, and cardiovascular workouts are all key components of our Wellness Program.
Your program begins with an initial evaluation of health history and fitness testing. With this information, we develop a custom fitness plan. One of our exercise physiologists monitors your training and charts your progress.
We encourage you to participate in sessions 3 days a week. Each session lasts about 1½ hours. There are 6, 8, 10, and 12 week programs available.
