Director/Supervisor - Orthopedic Sports Center, Occupational Therapy, and the HEAT program

Tom is a physical therapist and athletic trainer.  He received his physical therapy degree from the College of St. Scholastica. He did his undergraduate work at South Dakota University where he got his athletic training certificate. He has been at the Orthopedic Sports Center/St. Cloud Orthopedics since 1980.  He has specialized in orthopedic/sports physical therapy for over 30 years. He writes a sports medicine column for the St. Cloud Times and has had numerous articles published on a variety of sports medicine topics. He speaks locally and nationally on various sports medicine topics also.


Dan Ness, PT

Dan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Physical Therapy and a B.A. in Biology. He has been at the Orthopedic Sports Center since 1996.


Eric Kohn, DPT, OSC, CSCS

Eric Kohn, DPT, OSC, CSCS

Director of HEAT Program.

Eric obtained his Doctorate degree in physical therapy from St. Scholastica. He received his master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Mary. Eric is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an APTA credentialed clinical instructor. He has been with the Orthopedic Sports Center since 1999.

Amy has a masters degree from the College of St. Catherines and a B.S. in Biology from St. Cloud State University. She is a Certified Aquatic Therapist, and has been working at the Orthopedic Sports Center since 2001.

Chad received his M.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. He has worked at the Orthopedic Sports Center since March of 2003.

Lori is a graduate of Anoka-Ramsey Physical Therapist Assistant program. She has been with the Orthopedic Sports Center since October of 1999.

Jessica is a graduate of Lake Superior College in Duluth. She has been with the Orthopedic Sports Center since December of 2007.
