Our High Energy Advanced Training (HEAT) Program is a comprehensive strength training program based on sound scientific and medical principles under the supervision of a trained exercise physiologist.
Our program is based on sound scientific and medical principles to help you reach your full fitness potential. You’ll work with certified strength and conditioning coaches who monitor and chart your progress throughout the program. We’re always focused on your health and safety.

Increased vertical jump by 2 inches
Improved flexibility by 2.5 cm
Increased 13-15 pounds in a 5 repetition maximum bench press
Decreased body fat by 1.5 percent
