Through this partnership, St. Cloud Orthopedics will bring a team of highly skilled surgeons to Meeker Memorial Hospital, & Clinics offering advanced care in joint replacement, spine disorders, and orthopedic conditions. Among the team, Siegfried (Sig) Feierabend, M.D.; Joel Shobe, M.D.; and Christopher Reynolds, D.O. will bring their specialized expertise to patients, making comprehensive orthopedic care more accessible.
Siegfried (Sig) Feierabend, M.D. has extensive experience in adult reconstruction and general orthopedics, with a particular focus in hip and knee joint replacements, as well as hand and wrist treatment. Dr. Feierabend’s training includes a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and a medical degree from the University of North Dakota, followed by an orthopedic residency at Wayne State University. Dr. Feierabend is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and a member of both the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.
Joel Shobe, M.D. brings over 20 years of experience in spinal surgery, specializing in the treatment of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine conditions. His extensive medical training includes education at Northwestern University Medical School, the Medical College of Wisconsin, and advanced residencies in spinal surgery. Since joining St. Cloud Orthopedics in 1997, Dr. Shobe has dedicated his career to treating adult and pediatric patients with complex spinal conditions.
Christopher Reynolds, D.O. specializes in spine surgery, with expertise in microdiscectomy, decompression, fusion, and complex spine reconstruction. He is also highly skilled in motion-preserving (non-fusion) techniques, offering innovative and minimally invasive solutions for patients with spinal disorders. Dr. Reynolds trained at the New England Baptist Hospital in Boston and continues to push the boundaries of spinal care.
