At the end of June, surveys were sent out to all of the 750 St. Cloud Orthopedics patients who visited our clinic in May of 2013. This initiative is one portion of our constant efforts to listen to our patients and make improvements to the healthcare services we provide for the greater Central Minnesota community.
Already the response rate has been high; we are taking steps towards using that feedback to make changes for the better within our practice. Patients have until the end of July to complete the surveys.
