Physician Focus: Chad Holien, M.D.

Dr. Holien received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, and his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Holien joined our clinic in the summer of 2002 and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.

Exercycles – great inside option for exercising

Hopefully, everyone is continuing on with their New Year’s resolution to get in shape, lose weight, feel better, and whatever else they have chosen to do. Exercising outside in the winter can be very invigorating, but for many it is not an option. With those of you in mind, one of the pieces of equipment you really could pick up cheap or free would be an exercycle. I think many people have exercycles in their home being used as towel racks or clothes hangers.
